To facilitate efficient planning, design, and promotion, please adhere to the following submission guidelines:

 Submit event information by email or in writing at least one month prior to the event date.

 Submit short announcements for Wednesday Updates or verbal announcements by email only, at least two weeks in advance.

 All information for posters and promotional materials must be submitted at least 1 month in advance.
